Tree watering bags are large plastic bags that can be easily attached to a tree and filled with a large amount of water.

Depending on the diameter of the tree trunk, several irrigation bags can be connected to each other with the zippers and placed around the tree. Then the tree watering bag is filled with up to 75l or 100l of water, depending on the version. The filled water is now over

For this reason, our tree watering bags are made of fiber-reinforced PVC or PE. Both materials are highly weather-resistant and UV-resistant. This makes them ideal for outdoor use. The tree watering bags made of PVC are a little softer and sink when emptied, covering the watered area and thus protecting it from drying out. The PE watering bags, on the other hand, are a little more robust and durable than those made of PVC, but they are also a little more expensive to buy.

The PVC material, which is certified by TÜV-SÜD / REACH, has a material thickness of 0,38 mm and a material weight of 420 g/m². The PE material, which is also certified by TÜV-SÜD / REACH, has a material thickness of 0,3 mm and a material weight of 240 g/m².

If we use the rough rule of thumb for watering trees that an average middle-aged tree should be watered with 150-200 litres of water each time it is watered, this equates to 2 fillings of one tree watering bag or 1 filling of two (connected) tree watering bags.
