The organizer of the competitions is the operator of the website baumbad.de - baumbad Bewässerung OÜ (hereinafter referred to as baumbad).
- Participation in the competition is free.
- By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation:
- Anyone residing in Germany and Austria is eligible to take part - with the exception of baumbad employees. The person to whom the email address provided when registering for the competition can be assigned is considered a participant.
- If participation is subject to conditions in individual cases (e.g. providing a shipping address for prize delivery), only those participants who can prove that they have fulfilled the condition will be entered into the draw.
- Each participant is permitted to enter once (email) from the time a prize is announced until the closing date.
- At the end of the competition, baumbad will draw the winners from among all people who have fulfilled the conditions of participation. The winners will be informed via email.
- baumbad is not liable for failed participation attempts due to technical problems.
- Cash payment, changes or exchanges of the prize offered, and assignment of the prize claim are excluded. The winners of the competition will be notified by email. In addition, the winners' contact details (name + address) will be passed on to the shipping service provider for the purpose of sending the prize.
- The prize will be forfeited if it is impossible to accept the prize for legal or practical reasons or if the winner does not respond to the notification of winning within 14 days. In these cases, a replacement winner will be drawn.
- The legal process is excluded.
- baumbad uses the information provided when registering for the competition only for the purpose of conducting the competition. After the competition has ended, this information is deleted. It is not passed on to third parties.
